U.S. troop death in Afghanistan - Ward

The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Spc. Deflin M. Santos Jr., 24, of San Jose, CA.

He died on April 6 in Kandahar, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit in Zabul, Afghanistan, with a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device.

May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
