U.S. troop death in Afghanistan - New

The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Sgt. Stephen M. New, 29, of Bartlett, TN.

He died on July 28 in Bagram, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when his unit was attacked by small arms fire in the Sarobi District of Kabul Province, Afghanistan.

May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
