The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Sgt. Philip C. Jenkins, 26, of Decatur, IN.
He died on September 7 at Balad, Iraq, of wounds suffered in a shooting incident in Salah ad-Din province.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
