The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Spc. Jacob C. Carroll, 20, of Clemmons, NC.
He died on November 13 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, when a suicide bomber detonated a vest bomb and struck his unit.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
