The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army SFC James E. Thode, 45, of Kirtland, NM.
He died on December 2 at Sabari District, Khowst Province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit using an improvised explosive device.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
