The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Spc. Edward J. Acosta, 21, of Hesperia, CA.
He died on March 5 in La Jolla, CA, of injuries sustained on December 3, 2011, when his vehicle was struck by an improvised-explosive device in Wardak province, Afghanistan.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
