U.S. troop death in Afghanistan - Thompson

The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army 1st Lt. Alejo R. Thompson, 30, of Yuma, AZ.

He died on May 11 in Bagram, Afghanistan, when enemy forces attacked his unit with small-arms fire.

May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
