U.S. troop death in Afghanistan - Ellis

The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Pfc. Vincent J. Ellis, 22, of Tokyo, Japan.

He died on June 4 in Landstuhl, Germany, from wounds suffered June 1 on Forward Operating Base Salerno, Afghanistan, when enemy forces attacked his unit with improvised explosive devices and small arms fire.

May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
