The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Navy Petty Officer Dominique Cruz, 26, of Panama City, FL.
He was found during search and rescue operations on January 19 in the Gulf of Oman after being reported missing January 18.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
