The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Spc. Jose A. Delgado Arroyo, 41, of San Juan, PR.
He died on January 2 in Taji, Iraq, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
