The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Pfc. Andrew M. Harper, 19, of Maidsville, WV.
He died on March 11 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained in a non-combat incident.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
