The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Staff Sgt. Mecolus C. McDaniel, 33, of Fort Hood, TX.
He died on March 19 in Khowst province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device and small arms fire.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
