The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Staff Sgt. Brian F. Piercy, 27, of Clovis, CA.
He died on July 19 in Arghandab River Valley, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using an improvised explosive device.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
