The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Spc. Nicholas P. Bernier, 21, of East Kingston, NH.
He died on June 25 at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries suffered June 22 when insurgents attacked his unit using small arms fire in Kherwar, Afghanistan.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
