The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Sgt. Brian J. Pedro, 27, of Rosamond, CA.
He died on October 2 in Pol-e-Khumri, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with small arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
