The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Sgt. 1st Class Phillip C. Tanner, 43, of Sheridan, WY.
He died on October 26 in Ali Al Salem, Kuwait, of injuries sustained in a non-combat incident while supporting U.S. military operations in Afghanistan.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
