The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Sgt. 1st Class Lance H. Vogeler, 29, of Frederick, MD.
He died on October 1 in Bastion, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered in Helmand, Afghanistan, when insurgents attacked his unit with indirect fire.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
