The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Sgt. 1st Class Charles L. Adkins, 36, of Sandusky, OH.
He died on April 16 at Forward Operating Base Gamberi, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when an Afghan National Army soldier attacked his unit with multiple grenades.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
