U.S. troop death in Iraq - Hinkley

The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Capt. Wesley J. Hinkley, 36, of Carlisle, PA.

He died on April 4 in Baghdad, Iraq, as a result of a non-combat related incident.

May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
