The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Air Force Maj. Jeffrey O. Ausborn, 41, of Gadsden, AL.
He died on April 27 at the Kabul International Airport, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered from gunfire.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
My husband was an amazing pilot, husband, son and father. He will be missed by everyone.
