U.S. troop death in Iraq - Scatliffe

The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Sgt. Jorge A. Scatliffe, 32, of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

He died on April 3 in a non-combat related incident at Mosul, Iraq.

May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
