The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Air Force Staff Sgt. Joseph J. Hamski, 28, of Ottumwa, IA.
He died on May 26 in the Shorabak district of Kandahar province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
