The U.S. Department of Defense has announced the death of Army Spc. Douglas J. Green, 23, of Sterling, VA.
He died on August 28 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, of injuries suffered when insurgents attacked his unit using an improvised explosive device and small arms fire.
May he rest in peace as he couldn't in this life.
